Their added individual training & migration program is another luring factor to join. However, let’s review the problems faced by using ActiveCampaign. Firstly, their integrated CRM seems to be an annoyance for many businesses who’d rather prefer using their own but cannot. Secondly, their deliverability is questionable, especially with high premiums & complex tracking. Thirdly, the interface is counterintuitive at times. Finally then, what we have here is a well thought & theoretically planned set of features, however, the implementation appears to have gaps within it. Subsequently, the desired or expected performance becomes underwhelming, given the commanded price.
