AdScale for Ecommerce Unfortunately, despite all of the aforesaid advantages, there appear to be some disadvantages that carry a fair amount of weightage. For instance, AdScale’s customer service company practices have been scrutinised as being unethical, by mandating certain term contracts without refunds. This is probably the worst of them all & hopefully an isolated case. There are other issues, such as lack of any mobile app (a major setback) or more functional in nature, like their site crashing at times. Finally, sluggish support responses, disapproved ads & traffic cum spend options that don’t really work also add to user woes. My main concern personally if I put aside most of the others is the reliability, operability & more importantly, the lack of any mobile app whatsoever.
