Unfortunately, within this array, Business Hangouts is no exception. Users cite that it suffers from audio distortion & has experienced difficulty in a startup. As if this wasn\’t bad enough, there have been reports of freezing, crashing & generally slow performance. The lackluster customer support only worsens this.
