Well, unfortunately, there are, beginning with the financial practicality of using this. Despite there being certain months where you may not be using their services, there’s no cooling-off option: either continue or cancel. Similarly, there have been instances where Marketgoo has blatantly declined to refund subscriptions when there have been unresolved concerns by their users. The persistent theme of money-related disputes & unauthorised purging of data is rampant plus inconsiderate. Whilst this platform does offer some powerful tools, customer centricity is paramount. When there’s no regard demonstrated for respected users, it seems pointless in considering this any further, surely?
