Nexcess

Despite all of these brilliant features, there are issues with Nexcess, starting with poor support (contrary to their specific pledge). Furthermore, they can misunderstand & end up executing another action, rather than the intended one. For instance, they once overwrote a user’s entire live site rather than migrating it! Their technical service knowledge & functionality can be lacking, whilst the implementation of suchlike is often patchy. Would I, therefore, recommend Nexcess for your site hosting? Well, considering that the mainstay of managing a site is the accessibility to assistance & operability of an interface, I’m leaning towards saying NO. Sorry to disappoint you guys, however, readers would be better off looking elsewhere for a more unified, serviced & consistent solution, rather than this.
