This is great, however, it’s considered a little complex to use & the tracking doesn’t seem to work as intended. Furthermore, there tends to be a data mismatch when running queries & their customer email & SMS campaigns often reach spam. These latter concerns lead me to believe that despite the ingenuity of Plumb5 & its wonderful features until these issues are resolved, it’s simply not worth it (which is a shame).
