## About
SendX.io is an email marketing software that is described as being both affordable plus intuitive. Let’s see what they can do for you:

Send infinite email campaigns & curate your mailing list. Automate advanced email sequences powered by rules for drip feeds & react to user activity for audience segmentationTap your subscribers by designing, scheduling & tracking emails to drive sales. Upload data, broadcast content, attach media & analyse reportsApply (inline) forms with preformatted theme templates, integrate with any site, monitor conversions, create pop-ups & landing pagesThorough parameter based email deliverability to ensure successful receiptExcellent continuous support availableVisual heatmaps to gauge clickthrough ratesVast stock image library: no more copyright issues or disputes! Responsive email templates to avoid oversights & save time in the process

Then again, users do report there being limited templates. Additionally, owing to time zone differences, their Indian-based support team doesn’t seem to uphold the 24/7 principle & there are often delays incurred with receiving responses. What’s more, is that email delivery to site visitors was much less than 100%. Someone even reported a decrease in their conversion rate. So would I recommend SendX? Given some counterintuitive reviews, I’m not so sure. Depending on the application, it may actually be counterproductive according to user reports. Then again, if you don’t mind a somewhat sluggish response time for your issues, then perhaps it’s worth a thought. Not for me though…
