This is all wonderful until we have a balanced outlook & also realize that:

The interface is somewhat muddled & counter-intuitive. Obtaining the requisite information can be cumbersome, not to mention time-consumingSome users report lags in the software with stability issuesThe free version limits the use to just 3 social media channels (but I guess, that’s a given to an extent)



So in all, a good product to use, especially for deploying to perform the mundane clerical task of social media content uploading in bulk. The time saved gives it its unique selling point: efficiency. The issue is mainly operating the rather confusing interface, at least according to a proportion of users. Let’s hope that Social Pilot continues to hone its product for the time to come.
