• Multi hosting capabilities with live, on-demand & automated broad categorisation• Webinar wizard to create an effective presentation• Customised branding, integration & analytics• No software installation required, just browse & play• Full GDPR support within Europe• live chat support• Training modules & updates to keep you attuned with trends• Import contacts & export content to channels

So far, so good, However, what can they improve on?

• Despite their marketing, there’s a gap in integration when using their embeddable forms• Users report a lack of intuity in the user interface during multi hosting, as visuals become minuscule to visualise• Pricing structure: there’s a large hike between the basic & premium options; the advanced is customised & hence requires individual quotation• Support is only available in English & dutch: that too, limited to chat only

Webinargeek, therefore, stands tall when it comes to the plug & play approach & integrated support to host meetings. It has some nifty features, such as full GDPR (although this only applies to EU territories). Where it mainly falls short is in the gaps within its interface & operation. This means that some of its features end up becoming incomplete services, as they cannot be fully executed.
