ezTalks Overview
ezTalks is a complete online webinar solution focussing on simplifying the user experience. Hosting a range of innovative features, including automated, live, on-demand & paid services, there’s certainly a myriad of prospects here. Let’s have a look in further detail.
Along with all the common standard facilities such as customised branded waiting rooms, email invitations, registration pages & address books, other unique features include:
• Team member accounts to allow multi-access & run various campaigns simultaneously (whilst still having control over their rights, licenses & observing stats)
• Up to 100 people can host a single meeting: that’s right – 100! What’s more, is that they can delegate rights to the audience to run the meeting too. This promotes interaction.
• Agenda screen, HD meetings & mobile compatible without any extra software required
• Participant reports & flexible options to download as well as share recordings
If there are so many positive aspects, then what’s missing? Well, there are a few issues:
• Ironically, their plus point of flexible communication is hindered by a complex interface warranting sending email invitations to others prior to calling them over the meeting!
• A similar themed issue of lengthy protocol to execute many features…
Hence, whilst ezTalks is a breath of fresh air in the online meeting domain, it inflicts itself injury by complicating simple features. This suddenly creates a caveat that appears unworthy of a trade-off with its otherwise innovative tools.

Conducting agenda based online meetings within a team member has become managed with ezTalks.
Pro
It helps me to contact via video call while other service providers such as Whatsapp, skype, etc. are banned to call someone in Dubai.
Cons
not reliable would cut off in middle of use hard to get in to schedule meeting or host not user friendly

Excellent Video Conferencing
I have been using ezTalks for video conferencing with my colleagues and I am very satisfied with the quality of the video and audio. It is easy to use and setup, and I love the fact that I can share my screen with others. The customer service is great and I have had no issues so far. Highly recommended!

Disappointing ezTalks Experience
I recently tried ezTalks for a video conference and I was disappointed. The audio was choppy and the video quality was not good. The interface was clunky and hard to navigate. The customer service was also not helpful. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Not Impressed with ezTalks
I recently tried ezTalks for a conference call and I was not very impressed. The connection was unreliable and often dropped out. The sound quality was poor and it was difficult to understand what people were saying. The interface was also not very user friendly and there were limited features. I would not recommend this service.

Easy and Convenient Video Conferencing
