Considering that cost & service are the pinnacle of any successful product, I would steer away & recommend searching for alternative web hosting software. Fasthosts just don’t make the mark here…sadly.

Their customer service is excellent and they are always available to answer any questions I might have. The uptime is great and the website builder is easy to use. Poor Customer Service at Fasthosts
I recently had the misfortune of using Fasthosts for my website hosting. The customer service was terrible and the staff were unhelpful. The website uptime was unreliable and I had to wait for ages for my queries to be answered. The pricing was also expensive and the features were limited. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
