Disappointing Experience with FunnelCRM

I recently tried out FunnelCRM and was quite disappointed. The user interface was confusing and the features were not as comprehensive as promised. The customer support team was unhelpful and did not provide any solutions. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Namely, the lack of customization options and the slow loading times were major issues.

Excellent CRM for Small Businesses

FunnelCRM is an excellent CRM for small businesses. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm very pleased. It's easy to use and has all the features I need to manage my customers, contacts and deals. The reporting features are great for tracking KPIs and the integration with other systems is seamless. I would highly recommend FunnelCRM to any small business looking for an affordable and reliable CRM solution.
