Mailigen is an email marketing solution to humanise email conversations with your customers. Make every interaction a meaningful & impactful one. Triggered responses with timed, scheduled events & email builders provide the ideal workflow to achieve engagement. Potent integrations with CRM & API developer tools assimilate all information to deliver efficient sales-driven campaigns. Multi-user accounts allow access control to ensure that teams can work both efficiently as well as safely. Responsive surveys augment data collation & create interactive conversations with customers. Live reports including CTR stats to name but a few, A/B split testing to gauge the effect of variable metrics, social media integrations, opt-in forms, SMS & transactional specific messages for eCommerce all contribute to marketing harmony.

The functionality is outdated & confusing at times with simple features such as ascending order filters being absent. The data analytics are somewhat inaccessible in terms of navigation & intelligence. The limited exportability, elementary operability & gaps in reporting does devalue Mailigen’s data handling capabilities. Compared to other rivals, this package does fall behind in these domains. For these important reasons, I can’t really recommend Mailigen to anyone, albeit hosting many other useful features.
