Although this is all overwhelming, there are some considerations that need to be made. The course content & setup options could be made more stable. Their support could do with a chat element as well. Even the interface isn’t easy to customise, as are the certification templates which are limited. Finally, it appears to lack the infrastructure to search for or filter employee data based on various metrics or fields. This can make reporting cumbersome.

Hence, whilst TalentLMS clearly has a well thought out plan, the implementation appears patchy. Would I therefore opt for this package? Well, not without having a look at what else is on offer in the LMS market before arriving at any conclusion.
