VerticalResponse Overview
Vertical Response is an email marketing tool aimed at multi device support to display on various clients. Compatible with various integrations, this package offers a myriad of powerful as well as useful features including:
• Preconfigured templates to augment your appeal with modifiable graphics & layouts
• Responsive customisation of content blocks to create engaging material
• Marketing automation ensures that customers are pursued to drive conversion rates
• Autoresponders & sequential triggered or drip fed event campaign series boost CTRs
• Compare, personalise & customise variables using data driven analytical intelligence
• Activity monitoring & reporting gauges the effectiveness of strategies, via A/B link testing
• Landing pages inculcate optimised delivery of information to activate CTAs
• Test kits check for all parameters prior to sending, whilst surveys ensure better profiling

There are a few downsides to this though. Let’s start with the functionality, which can be niggly at times. Simple object moving can be a pain, whilst poor service only compounds the problem. Given the automation requirements for email marketing, their patchy framework does create an unfriendly user interface. These operability concerns cast doubts over the viability of VerticalResponse. My advice is to enrol on their 2 month free (yes 60 days!) trial & see how it goes. Then, you’ll be able to make an informed decision accordingly.

Not Impressed with VerticalResponse
I recently tried out the VerticalResponse service and was not impressed. The features are limited, and the customer service is terrible. I found it difficult to navigate the user interface and had to wait a long time for help from customer service. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Namely, I found the pricing to be too high for the features offered.

Disappointing experience with VerticalResponse
I recently tried VerticalResponse for my business needs and I must say that I am not at all pleased with the service. The user interface is not intuitive and the features are limited. It took me a long time to figure out how to use the service and even then I couldn't use it properly. The customer service is also not very helpful and I ended up wasting a lot of time before I could get my work done. Overall, I would not recommend VerticalResponse to anyone.

Not Satisfied with VerticalResponse
I've been using VerticalResponse for a few weeks now and I'm not satisfied with it. The dashboard is confusing and cluttered. Customer service is slow to respond and the email templates are limited and unattractive. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
