Phew…that’s a heck of a lot of features: no doubt. However, there are some issues to consider as well, namely:

• There have been reports from users that their fees are misleading & unauthorised charges have been levied. Apparently, they have also failed to uphold their 30day refund policy & practice aggressive selling.
• Lack of breakout rooms, no provision to store poll results & reports are elementary

Although these may just seem a fraction of the positives, let’s not forget that their weightage is higher. Unethical practices regarding customer services & broken pledges are the main issues. Even if we overlook some of the latter mentioned technical issues, the integrity of this brand is questionable. For this reason, despite the plethora of advantages, I personally would avoid WizIQ altogether & try looking elsewhere instead.
