The problem arises in specific areas, including email reports which are somewhat restrictive. Moreover, the setup requires a demo & consultation: even for a trial, so it’s not entirely intuitive. Lastly, there’s no mobile device optimised app, which is another hindrance, especially in today’s world. These functionality gaps leads me to believe that Workpuls isn’t the best option for many potential users out there, especially when compared to its rivals within the same domain.
