This is great news for those seeking a comprehensive project management solution, however, what are the concerns when using this? Ironically, it’s the basics that appear to be omitted: things like basic note-taking or additions to jot down last-minute ideas. It can be expensive for smaller setups & suffers from lags in integrated-based notifications. Default filters cannot be edited or modified, which wastes valuable time when completing tasks, hindering navigation. There’s also no chat option. It’s almost as if the user interface was given last priority during development. Wrike would certainly benefit from making its functionality more user ergonomic. Otherwise, many of its neat features’ potential is undermined this way.

Disappointed by Wrike
I was really excited to try out Wrike, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The interface was not intuitive and I had trouble understanding how to use it. The features were not as comprehensive as I had hoped and I found it difficult to customize the workspace. I also found that the customer service was not very helpful when I had questions.
