Mixed Feelings About Zopto

I recently tried Zopto and overall I'm not very impressed. The UI is modern and intuitive, but the features are lacking in comparison to other similar services. The customer service is also very slow to respond, which is disappointing. I had a few issues with the system and it took days to get a response. I don't think I'd recommend this service to anyone. Overall, it's okay, but there are better options out there.
