• Integrated customer need-based algorithmic assessment criteria to ensure quick referral to the appropriate party, saving everyone’s time
• Push notifications to remind & educate customers about their previous queries, enticing them to re-engage & visit
• Dependable security using a commercial based stack enables an infinite number of simultaneous customer requests without compromising data integrity

This is all overwhelmingly impressive, however, are there any omissions in Smartloop’s infrastructure. Well, sadly the answer is yes:

• Real users report that it doesn\’t appear to do justice to its marketing claims, as there was a minimal increase in web traffic to their sites
• Which consequently brings us onto it failing to appear financially worthwhile, for it doesn’t replenish its own cost by way of boosting revenue…
• …and yes, as you’ve probably already guessed: this isn’t the cheapest chatbot platform out there. Furthermore, apparently, neither is it the easiest to use.

Hence, we’re faced with an annoying all too common scenario where a product boasts its potential, however, fails to deliver. Don’t get me wrong: the salient features are worth considering but perhaps their implementation could be better. Only then will smartloop be able to live up to its own acclaimed accomplishments.
