Firstly, their integrated CRM seems to be an annoyance for many businesses who’d rather prefer using their own but cannot. Secondly, their deliverability is questionable, especially with high premiums & complex tracking. Thirdly, the interface is counterintuitive at times. Finally then, what we have here is a well thought & theoretically planned set of features, however, the implementation appears to have gaps within it.
