There can be a steep learning curve & certain intrinsic tools can be somewhat cumbersome to use. In at least one instance, certain pledged features didn’t materialise, the onboarding was disorganised & overall, an expensive investment yielding no returns. Furthermore, a lack of integrations, skeletal reports & erratic functionality with aspects such as segmentation (which appears to be overlooked despite feedback) become the nail in the coffin. Whilst Iterable is theoretically a decent setup, the mediocre average rating says it all.
