Furthermore, their support is patchy, so you’re probably left to your own devices when a problem arises. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend Marketo, in spite of its excellent theoretical capabilities.

Not Impressed with Marketo
I recently tried Marketo and I was not impressed. The user interface was confusing and the features were not intuitive. I had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it. The customer service was not helpful either. I would not recommend Marketo to anyone.

Disappointing Experience with Marketo
I was expecting a lot from Marketo but it was a huge disappointment. The UI is not user friendly and the customer support is non-existent. It can be difficult to set up campaigns, and the automation features are not as powerful as I had hoped. I also found it difficult to integrate with other software. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Marketo.
