However, with complex pricing slabs & user interface functionality, it casts doubt on Marketo’s viability in the workplace. Furthermore, their support is patchy, so you’re probably left to your own devices when a problem arises. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend Marketo, in spite of its excellent theoretical capabilities.
