Milanote is a creative organiser tool aimed at enabling you to visually plan your project execution with useful workflows. Unify the process by curating pending task lists (consisting of text editing & adding your ideas on the shared board). Upload various supported formats to ensure full omnichannel compatibility. One-touch text, link cum image saving with their site clipper feature allows you to capture inspiration efficiently. Now you can get to work quickly & effectively. Extract notes & pics from your mobile device with their dedicated app to ensure continuity of your work as well as creative mental juices! Drag & drop your image or objects for easy manipulation & order to see what works best. Control who sees what with user access level grant protocol: add or revoke permissions as required. Live editing capabilities with commenting, notification alerts & suggestions all encourage team collaboration. Promote your material by sharing the content for distribution & then downloading it if needed,
Unfortunately, without offline functionality & lacking certain features, including ergonomic integrations, Milanote proves to be costly for what it really offers. Handwritten or free drawing/sketching & voice recording are omitted in its operational infrastructure. This just adds to the effort required to invest & create the desired workflow. They really need to work on these gaps to fill in what is currently a patchy solution. Until this is all addressed, you’d be much better off looking elsewhere: seriously!
