However, before you rush to enroll in this software, there are a few drawbacks that should be considered. Firstly, it appears that the infrastructural design is unable to cope with complex criteria. Furthermore, the interface is glitchy, hindering operations & functionality. Poor customer support at resolving issues is the third strike, whilst it’s limited in terms of scalability. Irrespective of the advantages of MoEngage, given these major issues, I’d have to say a big NO to recommending this software.
