ReachMail Overview
Reachmail is an email marketing platform that offers a variety of solutions. These include (according to business setting & needs):
- Drag & drop email builder plus convenient cum flexible list import
- Receptive live phone & real email team delivery support, especially for amateurs
- Multi brand & user support with micro granular access as well as permission protocol
- Advanced HTML editor with litmus inbox previews alongside fully functional API
- Exclusive account management & varied structure depending on requirements
- Dedicated or shared IP space & advanced DKIM / DMARC support
- Detailed mass email marketing features to cater for large emails
- Simple SMTP (relay) serial transactional service with API sending options too
- Various integrations & up to 2 years worth of report data are available

Their drawbacks, however, are:
• Skeletal & underwhelming template designs, reducing newsletter appeal to customers
• Complex user interface which makes editing cumbersome, especially with limited choice
• The resource section is somewhat useful but still offers only patchy guidance
• Email layouts can be poor, especially considering that Reachmail is a pro tool

Overall then, whilst Reachmail may offer nominal pricing, their features, service & functionality are average at best. You may be disappointed with the results, especially if targeting high-profile clientele. Then again, this does depend on the operating environment, nature of your business & other factors, to name but a few.

Not a fan of ReachMail
ReachMail's interface is clunky and difficult to navigate. It's also quite slow and has a lot of bugs. I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Disappointing ReachMail Experience
I recently tried ReachMail, and I have to say that I was rather disappointed. The interface was confusing and clunky, and it was difficult to find the features I wanted. The customer service was unhelpful, and the pricing structure was unclear. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Namely, it lacks the necessary features, customer service, and pricing clarity to be a viable option.
Pro
Cons
Clunky interface, Unhelpful customer service, Unclear pricing
