Firstly, despite their marketed (excuse the unintended pun) stellar support, some users report apathetic service & unresolved concerts. Furthermore, a buggy API has distorted the email delivery reporting in certain cases, meaning that some customers end up receiving mails twice, whilst others don’t at all! This creates major issues, especially for sensitive information, such as invoices. In one instance, after investing time in curating a campaign, suddenly the user was blocked out of their account. After a while upon repeated requests for further information or at least an explanation, it was revealed that they had somehow violated SendGrid’s policy. The irony was that their own support were unable to specify which rule was contravened. Hence, for these reasons & the general themed lack of support, I’d have to say no to opting for this software (in spite of its otherwise useful features).
