The issues arise that although BigRock’s pricing plans may initially appear nominal in terms of cost, upon closer inspection, they actually can prove to actually be expensive. Owing to skeletal functionality, anything ‘extra’ (albeit expected as standard features) attracts an additional cost. With elementary infrastructure, there are no cloud or even SSD storage space options, limiting the capabilities of this software. They are support me to change my email id registration, they are not checked eMail verification before purchase.I purchased domain with wrong email because I typed it wrong but I can\'t change it right now and I am not able to start my blog because poor service of bigrock

Not Impressed with BigRock
I've been using BigRock for a few months now and I'm not impressed. The customer service is terrible; the reps are unhelpful and often don't know the answers to my questions. Additionally, the prices seem to be much higher than other hosting services. I'm definitely looking for a new provider.

BigRock - Not Worth the Money
I recently used BigRock to purchase a domain name and I have to say I'm not impressed. The prices are too high and the customer service is terrible. The process was slow and confusing. I wouldn't recommend it.
