ClickMeeting Overview
ClickMeeting is a simple online webinar cum meeting app, which as the name suggests, is fully executable via an online browser. It caters to all institutional purposes, be it corporate, training or sales. They follow a simple methodology for success:
• Prepare & invite: with a webinar timeline, add-ons, payment options, subaccounts, multiuser support, customised invitations & an address book
• Run & interact: provision to stream live on Youtube & FB, a useful whiteboard, moderated audience interaction to maintain discipline, as well as call-to-action
• Analyse & share: analytics, distribution, feedback ratings, recording storage & social media follow-ups
With perks do come drawbacks, so let’s check what these are:
• Pricing plans: the restriction to only 1 host across the board, apart from the Enterprise custom package, for which the price is available upon request
• it‘s not engineered for regular varied use but more so for recurring events, owing to set up a time & prework protocol
Hence, although clickmeeting appears to serve a fresh & revitalised outlook for online video conferencing, it appears to fall short in basic criteria. These are namely pricing framework & subsequent usability. This suggests that it may not be worth the cost in all aspects after all.

Not Impressed with ClickMeeting
I recently tried ClickMeeting for hosting a webinar and I was not impressed. The interface was clunky and difficult to navigate. The audio was choppy and the video was often lagging. I also had trouble managing the participants and keeping them engaged. There are better options out there for hosting webinars. Pros: Easy to set up. Cons: Poor audio/video quality, difficult to manage participants.
