Unfortunately, without offline functionality & lacking certain features, including ergonomic integrations, Milanote proves to be costly for what it really offers. Handwritten or free drawing/sketching & voice recording are omitted in its operational infrastructure. This just adds to the effort required to invest & create the desired workflow. They really need to work on these gaps to fill in what is currently a patchy solution. Until this is all addressed, you’d be much better off looking elsewhere: seriously!

Not the best for collaboration
I recently tried Milanote for a project I was working on with a few of my colleagues. We found the interface to be quite clunky and difficult to navigate. The main issue we had was the lack of collaboration features. We were not able to give each other access to our boards, and the chat feature was also not very useful. Excellent Note Taking App
Milanote is an amazing note taking app. It is easy to use and very intuitive. It has a great layout, with plenty of features to help you organize your notes. I love the ability to add images, videos and audio to my notes. I also love the ability to collaborate with other people on projects. Milanote is a great tool for both personal and professional use. Highly recommended!

Poorly Designed Interface
I recently tried Milanote and was disappointed by the clunky user interface. It's not intuitive to navigate and I found myself constantly getting lost in the menus. I was also frustrated by the lack of features. It doesn't have as many options as other similar products and doesn't offer much customization. Overall, Milanote is not worth the time or effort.
