Introducing Tixio A new way to manage workflow Tixio is a platform that allows you to construct a board with apps and widgets. It allows you to use to-do lists to prioritize your work and receive real-time updates on your favorite links. You can collaborate with your team and share all of your boards in real-time to automate workflows with Tixio. Easily manage workflow and guarantee that activities assigned to a team or organization are completed in a timely manner.

Tixio really gets to the heart of a lot of things that you store on your computer and syncs it all together. You create boards for different topics so you can organize your bookmarks, to-do lists, and advanced to-do lists. You are able to generate short notes and embedded web pages, too. And if you have a Wiki and need some help, Tixio will sync your data from Google Drive, Dropbox, and other cloud storage services to create the wiki you need.

Tixio Analytics assists your team in focusing on what is important. Tixio’s unified search will assist you in finding what you’re looking for more quickly. It has a robust share function that lets you collaborate with your team by sharing boards, widgets, To-dos, and wikis. You can also receive notifications when predefined criteria are met and prioritize your tasks in the order in which you will complete them.

Not as good as it looks

I was disappointed with Tixio. The user interface was clunky and confusing, and the customer support was unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this product.

You are free to share your workspace with anyone. Go to workspace settings to do so. You can send email invitations to members from the members' page. To gain access to your workspace, members must accept the invitation sent to them via email.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan while still subscribed. If you have a yearly subscription, your payment will be adjusted to reflect your new subscription plan.

Yes, you can move or copy a widget to another board.  When you hover your mouse over the widget header, an options button will appear in the top right corner of the widget. To see the move option, click the icon. You can easily move the widget to your desired board from here. By clicking the copy button, you can also duplicate the widget to other boards.
