I recently purchased a domain name from 123 Reg and the experience was highly frustrating. The website was slow and unresponsive, the customer service was unhelpful and rude, and the whole process was overly complicated. Even after I had completed the purchase, I was still having trouble with setting up my account. The whole process was a huge waste of time and money and I wouldn't recommend 123 Reg to anyone.
