One of the best cloudbased HCM software platform
Dayforce allows our organization to house all of our employee records and performance reviews.
Pro
Very easy to maneuver through screens once you get the hang of what you want to see.
Cons
Terminated employees were not included in the search feature but this has recently changed and a box has been added to show those employees.

Ceridian Dayforce HCM is an expensive software with limited features. The user interface is clunky and difficult to use. I've had difficulty getting customer support to help with any issues. The reporting capabilities are limited and the analytics are not very useful. Overall, I would not recommend this software.

Terrible Experience with Dayforce
I have been using Ceridian Dayforce HCM for a few months now and I have to say it has been a terrible experience. The user interface is confusing and the navigation is clunky. The reporting features are limited and the customer service is non-existent. I have had to wait days for a response from the support team and the issue still isn't resolved. Overall, I would not recommend this software to anyone.
