Not the Most User-Friendly
Listen360 is not the most user-friendly customer feedback platform. It takes a while to get used to the navigation and the interface is a bit clunky. I found myself having to spend too much time trying to find the features I wanted. It also doesn't have a lot of customization options, so it's not very useful for more complex businesses. The customer service was responsive, but not particularly helpful.

Not Impressed with Listen360
Listen360 is not as user-friendly as it claims to be. The interface is outdated and clunky, making it difficult to navigate. The customer support is also incredibly slow, taking days to respond to simple inquiries.
