I really loved it from the very first day. Easy to use and navigate. Many updates, responsive customer support and overall not so many bugs.

The product is really easy to use, you don\'t need any coding experience to start building your bots. Secondly, it gives another opportunity to increase the level of interaction with your audience. And finally, it has a great course on mobile messenger marketing.

Cons

I don\'t really like that the software have not an option to see the flow of your communications, this is something that many chat has and it is a great tool that I would like to be added to the mobile monkey.

I was really looking forward to using MobileMonkey, but it was a huge disappointment. The interface was confusing and difficult to navigate. It also seemed to take a long time for messages to send, and I even experienced some messages not sending at all. The customer service was also not very helpful. The only positive I can think of is that there were some cool features like automated messages, but overall it was a bad experience.
