Collaboration & Productivity Software, Workflow Management Software
Polymail Overview
If you’re searching for a contemporary email platform to create professional correspondence, then Polymail is an ideal contender. Productivity & efficiency measures, help you to focus on the quality of your emails. Tracking enables you to follow the journey of your sent mails, message templates curate the appropriate tone & contact profiles enable prior research work pertaining to your recipient to be undertaken. This formulates a strategic plan of sending, ensuring receipt, theme setting & knowing who your specific audience actually is. This is a brilliant concept to revitalize your email writing, style & campaigns.
Neat & practical features, such as auto follow-up reminders for emails that await responses, activity monitoring to gauge when recipients open or access links/content that you’ve sent, report analytics & activity feeds, all encourage successful emailing. Comment mentioning, email sharing & integration tools open up collaborative support from your team to contribute to the curation of emails. This keeps everyone organised & assists with making informed decisions.
Smart solutions such as automated sequence outreach, scheduling meetings & integrations, stay on top of your game. Now for the undesired issues…firstly, it’s occasionally glitchy (but that’s a given with almost every type of software). Secondly, its mainstay appears to be centered on sales & productivity, rather than customer service. This can be an issue depending on your business focus. Pricing is high for newbies & the email updates are often out of sync. Overall then, Polymail undoubtedly brings intuitive ideas to the board to make your emails flourish. Unfortunately, it’s set back by its own deficiencies, namely affordability, objective & technical functionality.

Not as Good as Promised
I recently got Polymail and was expecting it to be a great email client. The design was nice but the features are very limited. It has no option to set up an auto-responder, the filters are not customizable and the search function is not very powerful. Overall, I'm disappointed with the product. Namely, it does not deliver on its promise of being a great email client.

Nice design
