Beginning with their simplified dashboards, prioritise your tasks & have a snapshot of upcoming projects. Easy timeline management by editing schedules seamlessly. With their mobile API integrations, continue working whilst commuting. Customise your templates for quick retrieval & deployment of new tasks. Powerful workflow reporting & timesheet presentation to ensure efficiency at its best. File sharing & various plugin options at your disposal to unify resource management with workflow plus notifications/alerts to keep on top of things.
With all these wonderful features do come some drawbacks, namely, it’s invoicing/quoting solutions are elementary. Anything over & above that, in terms of specific analysis would require the individual or user’s input. There are system glitches with their integrations & email interface, which still appear to be unaddressed. Furthermore, despite its claim re mobile compatibility, there’s not much one can actually do using the app. It’s almost as if ProWorkflow has been designed to be used as a dedicated desktop application. At this age, that’s not always feasible.
Therefore, depending upon your setup, you may find ProWorkflow to be a Godsend in terms of its functionality. Contrarily, there will be situations where you’ll feel underequipped & limited in the operation of this package.

I recently tried ProWorkflow for our team's project management needs and found it to be a huge disappointment. The UI was clunky and unintuitive and the features were not as comprehensive as I was expecting. The customer service was also not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Not User-Friendly ProWorkflow
I used ProWorkflow for a project and found it difficult to use. The interface was not intuitive and the navigation was confusing. It was difficult to find where to enter data, and the features were limited. I also found that some of the features that were advertised were not available. Overall, I was disappointed with the product and would not recommend it.

Not a Good Experience with ProWorkflow
I recently tried ProWorkflow and it was a terrible experience. The user interface was really confusing and hard to navigate. The feature set was limited and it was difficult to find the features I needed. The customer service was unhelpful and I had to wait a long time to get any help. Overall, I would not recommend ProWorkflow to anyone.
