Disappointing Experience with BrightLocal
I recently tried BrightLocal for local SEO. I found the platform to be confusing and the interface was not very user friendly. I also found that their customer service was not very helpful. I had to wait a long time for them to respond to my queries and even after that, I didn't get a satisfactory answer. I also found that the features were limited and didn't have the flexibility I was looking for. Overall, I was disappointed with the BrightLocal experience and would not recommend it.

Not Impressed by BrightLocal
I had high hopes for BrightLocal but unfortunately I was let down. The features they offer are outdated and not intuitive. The pricing structure is confusing and expensive. I was not able to get the results I wanted even after spending a lot of time trying to figure out how to use the product. Overall, I'm not impressed with BrightLocal and would not recommend it.
