Design & personalisation limitations can make the interface & whole user experience lackluster. Furthermore, it also lacks ergonomics with precision as standard expectations when navigating using your mouse. If Bubbl just made the operability somewhat easier & included more scope for customisability, then the whole package can actually be very useful as well as pleasing to use.

Not User-Friendly
I recently tried out Bubbl.us and was very disappointed. The user interface was confusing and difficult to navigate. I couldn't find the features I wanted quickly and ended up wasting a lot of time. Additionally, the free version is very limited. I could only create a few mind maps before I had to upgrade to a paid version. For me, Bubbl.us was not worth the effort.

Not a great tool
I recently tried out Bubbl.us for a project and was disappointed. The interface was clunky and the features were limited. The main feature I needed was the ability to collaborate with other users, but it was difficult to do that without a lot of extra steps. The visuals weren't great either, which made it hard to get a sense of the project's progress. The pros of Bubbl.us are that it's free, but the cons are that it's not very user-friendly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
