Business Hangouts empowers hosts with admin controls to ensure authorised use of material & delegate access to specific users. This, along with moderation & unified chat features allows complete command over the entire platform. Furthermore, the always-on video meeting room & permanent event static URLs ensure a dual purposed sharing cum distribution of any meeting.

Sounds good so far but what about the negative aspects, if any? A common issue with the innumerable number of meetings apps is setup & AV quality. Unfortunately, within this array, Business Hangouts is no exception. Users cite that it suffers from audio distortion & has experienced difficulty in a startup. As if this wasn\’t bad enough, there have been reports of freezing, crashing & generally slow performance. The lackluster customer support only worsens this.

Hence, this package offers good potential but appears to risk or compromise it with technical snags. Not the best way or idea to hold that next important meeting which cannot afford such inexcusable glitches.
