Chatmeter is Unsatisfactory

I recently tried Chatmeter and I must say it was not up to my expectations. The dashboard is confusing and the features are too complicated to use. The customer service is also not very helpful and I had to wait a long time for a response. The reporting feature is also not very accurate and I had to spend a lot of time trying to make sense of the data. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Chatmeter and would not recommend it to anyone.
