GlobalMeet appears to hold strong in its versatile & secure interface. Moreover, it takes advantage of marketing potential to assist users with revenue generation & customer subscription. However, where does it lose its appeal? Well firstly, despite the claims re HD quality, there are users who have experienced below-par resolution. Sometimes calls made using their software for meeting invitations don’t go through. There appear to be technical bugs in their interface. It lacks a whiteboard feature, hence live annotation or drawing isn’t possible. Moreover, there are difficulties in logging in (particularly for first-time users), which isn’t very welcoming at all. Hence, the user-friendliness of this app remains in question until at least some of these simple yet important niggles are resolved.

I used to work for the company. The support organizations is one of the best I\'ve seen. They really take a white glove approach to dealing with business clients and users.
Pro
GlobalMeet has all the features you would expect from an advanced collaboration software and some you might not. It\'s always been an very intuitive and easy to use solution.
Cons
Since GlobalMeet is not part of a complete personal productivity and collaboration bundle like Office 365 or G Suite, integration has historically been a little clunky. It still works, but may not be quite as integrated as those other solutions.
