Unsatisfactory Customer Support
I recently tried HelpCrunch for our customer support needs, but I was disappointed with the results. The interface was confusing and difficult to navigate, and I found it difficult to get the help I needed. The customer service was also slow to respond and not particularly helpful. I would not recommend HelpCrunch for customer support.

Not the Best Live Chat Software
HelpCrunch is an okay live chat software. The UI is clunky and not very user-friendly. Also, the customer service team is not very responsive. I've had to wait for days to get a response. One of the features I do like is the ability to customize the chat window, but the lack of customer service makes it hard to justify using this software.
