Poor Service from Infobip

I recently signed up for Infobip's services and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The customer service is terrible, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. The features are limited and don't meet my needs. The interface is clunky and difficult to use. I'm disappointed with the overall experience and won't be using Infobip again.
