Sporting unique analytics & widgets, BI integration plus powerful reporting tools, the revised interface is worth writing home about.
With new card tags, advanced search criteria capabilities, planning cum team execution, optimised & automated team productivity, Kanbanize can really do wonders for your business. Hosting multiple workflow & space timelines, gain control over several projects all at once. Setting business logic rules allows for intelligent decisions to be formulated based on rationale. Various graphical representations assist with visually identifying problem areas and finding their respective solutions.
This all sounds very geeky in a good way but are there any concerns? Well, apparently Kanbanize doesn’t seem to be very fond of mingling with other apps for data. Moreover, the interface is displeasing in its functionality, not to mention its appearance. Lastly, it lacks a basic Https security protocol which is below par per modern-day standards. Verdict: the final point is so concerning that I’d certainly look elsewhere!

Not Suitable for Complex Projects
Kanbanize is a great tool for basic project management. However, it is not suitable for complex projects. The features are limited and it does not provide enough flexibility to manage tasks. The UI is very basic and it does not provide enough customization options. The customer service is also quite slow and unhelpful. Overall, Kanbanize is a decent tool for simple projects, but it is not suitable for more complex projects.

Kanbanize - Highly Effective Tool
Kanbanize is a great tool to manage tasks and projects. It is intuitive, user friendly and well organized. I love the drag and drop feature which makes it easy to move tasks from one stage to another. Highly recommend!

Kanbanize Not Worth It
Kanbanize is a project management tool that promises to help you stay organized and on top of your work. Unfortunately, it doesn't deliver. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate. The features are limited and don't provide much customization. Plus, it's expensive for what it offers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Kanbanize. It's not worth the money.

Kanbanize not up to the mark

Kanbanize is a great tool in theory, but in practice it's not worth the money. It's very confusing to use, and the customer service is terrible. I've had to wait days for a response to a simple question. The features are limited and not helpful. I wouldn't recommend it.
