However, if we pose the question: what do customers really want, what do we get? Well, with their intent manager, based on AI analytics of consumer behavior & reviewing their conversation for keywords, it’s now possible to do just that. LivePerson’s conversation builder cum manager allows fluid correspondence exchange to ensue using a mix of both chatbots as well as human interactive intervention. They even offer a conversion gauge mechanism to identify key improvement areas, promoting further honing of your communication interface with customers.

Liveperson helps teams to sell products, answer customer queries using website, app, email, whatsapp, sms, line, google adlingo, rcs. It helps in retrieving product information, product specification and availability, highlighting promotional offers and provide shipping and installation information.

Easy, straightforward chat interface. New updates are AWESOME and give a much more modern and current feel - definitely more user friendly aesthetic now!
Cons
The export options for chat transcripts are limited.

Highly Satisfied with LivePerson
I've been using LivePerson for the past few months and I'm highly satisfied with the service. The customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive. They always provide timely and accurate solutions to my queries. I also like the user-friendly interface of the app which makes it easy to use. The chatbot feature is also great and it helps me to get quick answers to my queries. Overall, I'm really happy with LivePerson.

LivePerson is Disappointing
I recently tried LivePerson to help with customer service inquiries. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The customer service team was slow to respond, and when they did, they were unhelpful and not knowledgeable. The platform itself was also difficult to use and the interface was clunky. The customer service team was also unable to help with more technical issues. Overall, I would not recommend LivePerson for customer service.
