Disappointing Experience

I recently tried using WebEngage for my business, but I was really disappointed by the features it offered. The interface was clunky and the customer support was slow and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

We chose WebEngage for our customer engagement needs, but it wasn't the right choice for us. The user interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Plus, the customer support was lacking. We didn't get the help we needed when we had questions. The customization options were limited too.
