Disappointing CRM Experience
I recently tried out the HubSpot CRM and was disappointed with the overall user experience. The interface was clunky and hard to navigate, and the customer service was unhelpful. The reporting feature was also lacking, and I found it difficult to get accurate data about my customers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this CRM to anyone.

Not very user friendly
I recently tried HubSpot CRM and I was disappointed in its user interface. It was difficult to navigate and I found it hard to locate certain features. Even after reading the tutorials, I still didn't understand how to use the platform. The customer service was not helpful either. It took me a long time to learn how to use the basic functionalities. I would not recommend this CRM to anyone.
